1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or installing our uPVC products, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully as they affect your legal rights.

These terms apply to all orders, installations, and warranty claims.

2. Product Specifications

• All uPVC profiles meet ISO 9001 quality standards
• Color variations within ±5% are considered normal
• Energy efficiency ratings are laboratory tested results
• Custom products may have extended lead times

3. Order Process

• 30% deposit required to initiate production
• Balance payment due before installation
• Cancellations within 24 hours receive full refund
• Site measurements are customer's responsibility

4. Installation

Our certified installers follow strict quality guidelines:

• Standard installation hours: 9AM-6PM, Mon-Sat
• Customer must provide clear access to work areas
• Final inspection required within 48 hours of completion

5. Warranties

• 10-year on uPVC material integrity
• 5-year on mechanical components
• 2-year on installation workmanship
• Warranty requires annual maintenance certification

6. Limitation of Liability

INTACT uPVC's maximum liability is limited to the product's purchase price. We're not liable for:

• Improper maintenance or cleaning
• Structural issues with existing buildings
• Damage from extreme weather events

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai.
