1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to BlueFashion Textile Services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

BlueFashion Textile Services provides professional textile manufacturing and processing services including but not limited to:

• Fabric cutting and preparation
• Custom fabric dyeing services
• Textile engineering solutions
• Bulk fabric manufacturing
• Stitching and assembly services
• Custom fabric design services

3. Ordering Process

3.1 Order Placement

All orders must be placed through our official channels. By placing an order, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3.2 Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

3.3 Order Changes

Changes to orders may only be made within 24 hours of placement. After this period, changes may incur additional fees or may not be possible due to production scheduling.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

1. New customers: 50% deposit required with order, balance due before shipment
2. Established customers: Net 30 terms may be available upon credit approval
3. Custom orders: 100% payment may be required in advance

4.3 Late Payments

Late payments will accrue interest at 1.5% per month (18% APR) or the maximum rate allowed by law, whichever is lower.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order but are not guaranteed. Production delays may occur due to material availability, custom requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.

5.2 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method selected. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5.3 Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transit.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Custom Products

Due to the custom nature of our textile services, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is defective or does not match the agreed specifications.

6.2 Defective Products

Claims for defective products must be made within 7 days of receipt. We will either replace the defective product or issue a refund at our discretion.

6.3 Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without penalty. After production has begun, cancellation may result in forfeiture of deposit or additional fees.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Designs and Patterns

All designs, patterns, and technical specifications provided by BlueFashion Textile Services remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7.2 Customer Materials

Customers retain ownership of any designs, patterns, or materials they provide for custom orders. By submitting materials, you grant us a license to use them solely for fulfilling your order.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlueFashion Textile Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
